This refreshing Watermelon Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious treat perfect for any time of day. Made with fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, banana, lime, vegan yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup, it’s a burst of fruity flavors in every sip.

Fresh Watermelon:

Frozen Strawberries:

Frozen Banana:

Lime (juice and zest of half):

Vegan Yogurt:

Maple Syrup:

  • 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, making sure the watermelon is added first. Combine fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, lime juice and zest, vegan yogurt, and maple syrup in the blender.
  2. Cover the blender with a lid and blend on high, using a tamper to help push fruit towards the blade. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a glass or into a hollowed-out watermelon rind. Serve chilled and enjoy!
