  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

For the Strawberry Topping

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taco Shells: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush tortillas with melted butter, coat with the mixture, fold in half, shape into tacos, and bake until crispy.
