  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7 milliliters) chocolate syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee

Milk

  • 3/4 cup (177 milliliters) milk (steamed, dairy or non-dairy)

Garnish

  • Toasted marshmallows (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix Syrups and Espresso: Pour the toasted marshmallow syrup and chocolate syrup into the bottom of a mug or heat-resistant glass. Add the hot espresso and stir well to combine all the flavors evenly.
  2. Add Steamed Milk: Hold the mug at a 45˚ angle and slowly pour the steamed milk into the center of the mug. Aim to fill the mug while creating a thin layer of foam on top for a smooth texture.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Immediately top the latte with toasted marshmallows for that signature s’mores flavor and serve while warm.
