  • ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meatloaf Mixture: Add the ground beef, eggs, Lipton Onion Soup mix, ketchup, panko bread crumbs, and Worcestershire sauce to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with clean hands until all ingredients are well combined. Shape the mixture into a small loaf.
  2. Place Meatloaf in Slow Cooker: Put the shaped meatloaf into the center of the slow cooker basin.
  3. Add Potatoes: Arrange the halved baby gold potatoes on one side of the meatloaf. Top the potatoes with 4 tablespoons of sliced salted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  4. Add Carrots: Place the sliced carrots on the opposite side of the meatloaf. Top with the remaining 4 tablespoons of salted butter and drizzle the honey over them.
