Creamy Base:
- 8 ounces regular cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup good quality mayonnaise
- ¼ cup regular sour cream
Seafood Mix:
- 8 ounces cooked fresh snow crab meat, chopped into ½” pieces
- 8 ounces cooked medium shrimp, tails removed, chopped into ¼” pieces
Cheese & Flavor:
- 1 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Garnish:
- Sliced green onion and chopped Roma tomato
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat dry crab and shrimp to remove excess moisture.
- Mix Creamy Base: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add Cheese & Flavor: Mix in cheddar cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, Old Bay, and lemon zest.
- Combine Seafood: Gently fold in crab and shrimp.
