Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage, breaking it into crumbles until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until just set.
