These Raspberry Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful twist on the classic recipe, adding a burst of fruity flavor and a touch of chocolate. They are perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.

Raspberry Rice Krispie Treats:

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows (10 oz)
  • ½ cup freeze dried raspberries*
  • ½ cup dark or milk chocolate (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows on low; stirring constantly. Once melted, remove from heat.
  2. Stir in Rice Krispies then mix together with a wooden spoon. Add freeze-dried raspberries and 1/4 cup of the dark chocolate. Combine well.
  3. Pour the Rice Krispies mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Spread evenly.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispies mixture. Sprinkle with extra raspberries.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use freeze-dried raspberries for the best texture and flavor.
