Bread Mixture:

  • 3 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Black Pepper Powder

Toppings:

  • Oil or Butter as required
  • 3 sprigs Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 to 3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Beat the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Prepare the Mixture: Add milk, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cook the Toast: Heat oil in a pan. Dip a bread slice in the egg mixture, place it in the pan, add toppings, and pour more egg mixture on top.
  4. Cook Both Sides: Flip the toast to cook both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with coffee or tea.
