  • 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (5.3-oz) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Mix in oats, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until a dough forms.
