Ingredients

Scale

Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup honey

Fruit Puree

  • 3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup water

Tea

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 Perfect Peach Bigelow Tea Bags
  • 3 Red Raspberry Bigelow Tea Bags

Additional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
  • Raspberries, for garnish
  • Sliced peaches, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup honey. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely. If omitting this syrup, consider adding an extra cup of water to the final mixture depending on your taste preference.
  2. Steep the Tea: In another saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the 3 Perfect Peach and 3 Red Raspberry Bigelow tea bags. Cover and steep for 10-12 minutes. Remove tea bags and set steeped tea aside.
  3. Prepare the Fruit Puree: Using a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the peeled and sliced peaches with 1 cup raspberries and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the Puree: Pour the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds, ensuring a smooth consistency.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix together the cooled honey syrup, steeped tea, remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, and the strained peach raspberry puree. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add Garnishes: Add sliced peaches, additional raspberries, lemon wedges, and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher according to your preference for added flavor and presentation.
  7. Chill: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld and the iced tea to cool thoroughly.

Notes

  • The simple syrup can be adjusted in sweetness to your taste or omitted; if omitted, add extra water to balance flavors.
  • For a slightly stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags a bit longer but be mindful not to over-steep to avoid bitterness.
  • Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the best flavor.
  • Straining the fruit puree removes seeds for a smooth texture but can be skipped if preferred more rustic.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint and lemon for a beautiful presentation.
