These Peach Butter Swim Biscuits are a delightful treat that combines tender biscuits with sweet peaches and a buttery cinnamon sugar topping. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups (312.5 g) all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 ounces) canned peaches in fruit juice, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups (490 g) buttermilk
  • ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup (50 g) light brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. 1. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Pour in buttermilk.
  4. 2. Stir until mostly combined, being careful not to overwork the dough.

  5. Fold in peaches.
  6. 3. Gently fold in the drained chopped peaches.

  7. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
