  • 1 (7 oz) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 (6 oz) can chopped jalapeno peppers, drained (reserve liquid and add to taste)
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese

To Serve

  • 23 bags Fritos Scoops corn chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix drained MexiCorn, chopped green chiles, drained jalapeno peppers (add jalapeno liquid to taste for desired heat), chopped green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, and garlic powder until well blended.
  2. Add Cheese: Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese evenly to ensure the dip is cheesy and flavorful throughout.
  3. Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours or up to overnight. This chilling step allows flavors to meld together perfectly.
  4. Serve: Remove from fridge and serve chilled with Fritos Scoops corn chips for dipping. Enjoy as a party appetizer or snack!
