Guacamole Ingredients

  • 23 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium tomato, finely diced (approx. 1 cup)
  • 1/3 red onion, finely diced (approx. 1/3 cup)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 23 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Finely dice the tomato and red onion, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh cilantro. Set these aside.
  2. Mash the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mix the guacamole: Add the diced tomato, red onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl with the avocados. Using a fork, mash and mix all ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency, whether chunky or smooth.
  4. Season to taste: Add salt and pepper according to your preference and give it a final stir.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite chips or as a topping for chicken or fish.
