  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Butter, Condensed Milk, and Vanilla: Melt the butter fully, then mix it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips into the wet mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up. This makes it easier to handle when shaping the balls.
  4. Form Balls: Shape the chilled mixture into small balls approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Keeping them small helps balance out their richness.
  5. Roll in Graham Crumbs and Chill: Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat the exterior, then place them back in the refrigerator to firm up completely.
  6. Store: Keep the Moose Farts refrigerated in a sealed container until ready to serve.
