  • 5 tbsp (36g) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C). Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and spray with non-stick baking spray to ensure easy removal of the cheesecakes.
  2. Make crust: In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter thoroughly. Divide about 2 tablespoons of this mixture into each cupcake liner and press firmly to form an even crust base. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
