Salad:

  • 2 English cucumbers (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Make the Honey-Lime Vinaigrette – Blend lime juice, honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin together in a bowl; stream olive oil into lime juice mixture while whisking until well combined. (It makes about 1 cup)
