A refreshing twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea, this version combines the flavors of English Breakfast tea, apple cider vinegar, and ginger beer for a unique and delicious drink.

Ingredients

English Breakfast Tea:

12 teaspoons

Apple Cider Vinegar:

60 ml

Ginger Beer:

600 ml

Ice

Lemon (juiced):

Fresh Mint (sprigs)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tea: Put the tea into the infuser and steep in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the infuser and let the tea cool for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: Add apple cider vinegar, ginger beer, and lemon juice to the cooled tea. Add ice and stir well.
  3. Decorate and Serve: Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of lemon juice to suit your taste.
  • Feel free to add a splash of rum for a boozy version!
