Instructions

  3. Shape the dough: Press out the dough on parchment paper, then transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
  4. Make the brine: Emulsify brine ingredients in a glass jar.
  5. Add the topping: Spread brine on dough, add mozzarella.
