  • 3 large Eggs (beaten, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (or melted coconut oil)
  • 3 cups Almond Flour (scooped and leveled)
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetener, almond milk, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, almond extract, and melted butter.
  3. Add Almond Flour: Gradually stir in the almond flour until a thick batter forms.
