  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Additional:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt the Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth (about 1 minute).
  2. Mix the Dough: Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the melted cheese. Crack in the egg and mix well. Dough will be sticky.
  3. Knead the Dough: Grease your hands with butter or oil and knead until the dough comes together. If it’s too sticky, chill it for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Shape the Bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into a heart for Valentine’s Day or form rolls/buns.
