Ingredients

Scale

Base Sugar-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 recipe Sugar-free sweetened condensed milk

Creamer Base

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk beverage for nut-free option)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

Flavors and Extracts

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Hazelnut extract
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract (additional, for chocolate version)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the condensed milk base: In a large skillet, prepare the sugar-free sweetened condensed milk according to your preferred recipe or instructions.
  2. Combine dairy and milk: Whisk in the unsweetened almond milk and heavy cream into the skillet with the condensed milk base.
  3. Add flavorings for pumpkin creamer: If making pumpkin creamer, whisk in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice now.
  4. Add flavorings for chocolate creamer: If making chocolate creamer, sift Dutch processed cocoa powder over the pan and whisk it in thoroughly.
  5. Heat mixture briefly: Warm the mixture gently on the stove just until the ingredients are combined smoothly and heated through, avoiding boiling.
  6. Remove from heat & finish flavors: Take the skillet off the heat, then stir in the appropriate extracts—vanilla for classic or additional vanilla for chocolate, or hazelnut extract if making hazelnut flavor.
  7. Adjust sweetness: While the creamer is still warm, taste and add more powdered sweetener such as Besti if desired. Stir until fully dissolved.

Notes

  • Use coconut milk beverage as a nut-free alternative to almond milk.
  • Do not overheat to prevent separation of cream from milk.
  • Store creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Shake or stir well before each use as natural separation may occur.
  • This creamer is ideal for keto and low-carb diets due to its sugar-free and high-fat content.
  • Adjust sweetness according to personal preference and dietary needs using keto-friendly sweeteners.
