For the Rolls:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- ¼ cup softened cream cheese
- 1½ cups super-fine almond flour
- 2 large eggs (1 for dough, 1 for egg wash)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.
