Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Gradually add the lukewarm water, a few tablespoons at a time, mixing with your hands until everything is just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough. The mixture should be very moist but firm enough to hold its shape when rolled.
- Form the Meatballs: Use an ice cream scoop or a large spoon to portion out approximately one tablespoon of the mixture. Roll it between your palms to form a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Bake the Meatballs: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
