  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glaze:

  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray.
  2. Process oats: Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until coarse.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: Combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
