Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
Hot Fudge:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup natural cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Marshmallow Filling:
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (very cold)
- Graham cracker crust – Add crumbs, butter, and sugar to a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Press into a pie pan and refrigerate.
- Hot fudge – Combine ingredients in a saucepan, cook until thickened, then pour into crust and refrigerate.
