Frozen Meatballs

  • 32 oz frozen pre-cooked meatballs (beef, turkey, or chicken)

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Add frozen meatballs to the insert of your slow cooker.
  2. Mix sauce: In a small bowl, combine hot sauce, honey, brown sugar, and yellow mustard. Stir well.
  3. Cook: Pour sauce over meatballs in the slow cooker, coat well. Cover and cook on LOW for 2.5 – 3 hours or on HIGH for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with minced fresh parsley if desired.
