For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Beef: Add beef slices to the skillet, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Final Assembly: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
