Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Orzo and Sauce:

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to a soup pot/Dutch oven and cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes.

  • This dish reheats well but may need a splash of broth or cream to loosen the sauce.
