Green Detox Smoothie:
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup fresh kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple (cored and chopped)
- 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water (or any preferred liquid)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Ice cubes (optional)
