Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheets: Line 2 baking sheets with foil or parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whip Egg Whites: Using a handheld electric or stand mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy. Add the cream of tartar and mix until fluffy.

  5. Form Cookies: Using two teaspoons, drop spoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
