Dorito Coating:
- 1–235 g Bag Doritos
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and place an oven-safe rack overtop. Set aside.
- Whisk together the egg and milk. In a shallow dish, combine the egg and milk. Set aside.
