  • 1/2 cup plant milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, date syrup, or agave)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Coconut shreds (optional topping)

Additional Toppings:

  • Extra ube halaya
  • Extra evaporated milk or condensed milk
  • Coconut, yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or granola

Instructions
