  • 4 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Roast the Tomatoes: Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Toss grape tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
