For the casserole:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 16-ounce box of dried spiral pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large Roma tomato, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For garnish:
- Cook the bacon: In a skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
