  • 1 hard boiled egg (sliced or grated)
  • 1 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Chili crunch or hot honey, to taste
  • 12 ounces smoked salmon
  • Red onion (thinly sliced or pickled red onion to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  • Fresh dill, to taste

Sweet Cottage Cheese Toast:

  • 12 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • Honey and cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 23 fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 12 Tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (e.g., raspberries or blueberries)
  • Honey, to taste

Instructions
