Cookie Dough:
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar (gently packed)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour (pre-cooked*)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Assembly:
- 56 mini pretzels
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (for thinning the chocolate)
- Pre-cook the flour: Place the flour on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350˚F for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
