  • 200 ml coconut water (or enough to fill about of your glass)
  • Ice (enough to fill half your glass)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Matcha Cloud: Sift the ceremonial grade matcha powder into the coconut milk to avoid lumps. Use an electric milk frother to whisk the mixture until it becomes thick, fluffy, and fully combined, forming your coconut matcha cloud.
  2. Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour coconut water over the ice until it fills about two-thirds of the glass, leaving room for the matcha cloud layer.
  3. Create the Layered Effect: Gently pour the frothy coconut matcha cloud on top of the coconut water to create distinct layers, showcasing the beautiful contrast between the green foam and clear liquid.
