  • 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour (300g)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

For Cinnamon Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (240g)
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make the Cinnamon Whipped Cream – Prepare the cinnamon whipped cream before making the waffles. Whip all ingredients together until stiff peaks form using a stand mixer or electric whisk.
