Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 16 ounce jar lightly salted, dry-roasted peanuts
  • 22 ounces (2 11-ounce bags) white chocolate chips
  • 5 ounces (½ 10-ounce bag) dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup toffee bits

Optional Garnish

  • Festive sprinkles
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peanuts: Place the lightly salted, dry-roasted peanuts at the bottom of the crock pot to form the base layer for the candy.
  2. Add Chocolate and Mix-ins: Add white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and toffee bits on top of the peanuts inside the crock pot.
  3. Cook and Stir: Let the mixture cook on low heat for one hour, then stir carefully to evenly coat the peanuts with the melted chocolate and peanut butter blend.
  4. Continue Cooking: Cook the mixture for another 30 minutes on low heat, allowing the ingredients to fully melt and combine.
  5. Prepare Sheet Pans: Line one or two sheet pans with parchment paper to be ready for the candy spooning step.
  6. Drop and Garnish: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate peanut mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet pans. Optionally sprinkle with festive sprinkles and a touch of sea salt for added flavor and decoration.
  7. Cool and Set: Allow the candy to cool completely at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes until it has fully set and hardened before serving or packaging.

Notes

  • Be sure to cook on low heat to prevent burning the chocolate mixture.
  • If you prefer sweeter or creamier candy, adjust the amount of peanut butter or chocolate chips accordingly.
  • Use parchment paper to avoid sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Store the candy in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
  • Festive sprinkles and sea salt are optional but add a nice visual and flavor contrast.
