  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (397 grams), uncooked
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup very cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. How to Make Spartak Cake Layers: Preheat the oven to 350°F while preparing the dough. Sift together flour and cocoa powder. Beat egg and sugar until fluffy. Add butter, milk, and baking soda. Steam the mixture. Stir in flour and cocoa. Roll out the dough. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Cool and stack the layers.
