Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425˚F.
  2. Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Grate zucchini: Grate the zucchini using the large holes on a cheese grater.
  4. Remove excess water: Transfer the grated zucchini to a kitchen towel, wrap the towel around the zucchini, and wring out all the water.
