Chicken Burgers:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon dried onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon dry Ranch dressing mix
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional Toppings: lettuce, prepared Ranch dressing
- Preheat Grill/Oven: Preheat your grill to medium high or the broiler in your oven.
- Mix Burger Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko crumbs, bread crumbs, onion, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and dry ranch dressing.
- Form Patties: Shape the chicken mixture into 4 patties and place them on an oiled grill or greased broiler pan.
- Cook Burgers: Grill or broil the burgers for 4-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Add a slice of cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Prepare Buns: Spread butter on the inside of the buns and broil them for a few minutes until golden brown, or grill for a couple of minutes.
- Assemble: Place the chicken burger on the bun and top with additional prepared ranch dressing or desired condiments. Enjoy!
