  • 1 premade pie crust

Ricotta Filling:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk Ricotta Cheese (strained)
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips; plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Unroll the pie crust and cut out rounds to fit a mini muffin tin.
  2. Bake Pie Crust: Bake the rounds for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
