  • 3.4 ounces banana instant pudding mix (1 package)
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ripe medium banana (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Additions:

  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  2. Cream Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and pudding mix. Add mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine: In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Add to the creamed sugar mixture.
  4. Add Chips: Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Shape Cookies: Roll into 1″ balls or use a cookie scoop, then place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Do not overcook; cookies will continue to set after being removed from the oven.
