  • 2 cups (204 g) graham cracker crumbs (1213 full sheets, crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups (476 g) heavy cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) apple butter

Instructions

  1. Crust: Make crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon, then mixing in melted butter. Press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  2. Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and swirl dollops of apple butter into the filling.
